Purpose
The Master Scheduler/Planner plans and prepares production schedules for fabrication, instillation, and repair of metal roofing manufacturing. Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet customer forecasted master schedule.
Job Summary
The Master Scheduler/Planner is responsible for developing the master production plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. The Master Scheduler/Planner is responsible for determining the desired inventory levels for finished goods down to the pack size including safety stock levels. The Sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints will be used to develop production plans, by month, for a rolling two months period.

This position will be as an independent contractor paid based on a percentage of your sales sold. Your yearly income will be based solely on the effort you put into it, with no limitation on the income you can earn in a year. Our current top salesman earns up to $250,000 on average and the average earning of approximately $100,000 per year.

We, London Eco-Metal Manufacturing Inc., are currently recruiting for a full-time Site Supervisor to add to our ever-growing workforce for our Mississauga/GTA area.
Responsible for roof measurements for programming
Perform quality inspection and site inspections after installation crew or sub-trade crew is complete.
Coordinate start and end times for projects
Ensure all deficiencies are noted on snag sheet and completed
Ensure all workers have proper tools and material prior to leaving for the worksite
Inspect all safety equipment to make sure it is properly maintained and utilized
Ensure all installers have a valid fall arrest certificate and are trained on proper procedures
Maintain company vehicles by checking if they are clean, have a no-smoking sign, are equip with a First Aid Kit, and have a Binder outlining Health and Safety and work procedures
Inform management of any mechanical problems with company vehicles
Perform weekly Tool Box Safety Meetings with Installers
Other duties as assigned
High school or equivalent
Must have your own form of transportation
2 year's Roofing experience and/or construction related experience
