Service Coordinator Position

The Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, planning, and coordinating service work with our customers and crews, as well as problem-solving repair requirements and the ability to put those plans into action.

The Ideal Candidate will be highly organized with a customer service mindset. They will bring excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast paced office and in-the-field environment. Requires understanding of general construction practices as well as a valid driver’s licence. This job will require working at heights.

This is a full-time position with benefits based at our manufacturing facility at 531 Shaw Rd, Dorchester.
